The move to our new logistics center, the "Customer Service Center", is in full swing during the current weeks and marks the end of a new milestone in SENNEBOGEN’s history.
With state-of-the-art warehousing and process technology, our spare parts will be automatically stored and removed from storage, picked and made ready for dispatch in the future. This requires a considerable amount of time and work on systems, software and interfaces. This forward-looking solution speeds up processes considerably and thus multiplies the output quantity. This will benefit all our customers and sales and service partners in the future.
We look forward to this improved performance, would like to thank all partners and employees involved for this great achievement, and wish you all the best and enjoyment with our new Customer Service Center.

In 2020, Atlas Tree Surgery received its first SENNEBOGEN machine, a 718 E for tree and embankment maintenance. Since then, six forest excavators have been added and further machines will be making their way overseas in the next few weeks.
Schwaiger Holzindustrie is located in the heart of Lower Bavaria and has been supported by a SENNEBOGEN 835 E material handler and trailer since this year. From here, the company supplies lumber and wood pellets to customers all over the world, from the USA to China.
With over 6,000 operating hours, the SENNEBOGEN 870 Hybrid has already moved a lot at the Bendorf inland port: Since 2017, the port-based giant with tracked chassis has been located on the quay of the Bendorfer Umschlag- und Speditionsgesellschaft and impresses across the board.
Innovation also works on a small scale: The best example of this is the 14-man family-owned company Klichta Rohstoffe & Recycling from Freudenberg in North Rhine-Westphalia, which has completely restructured the processes around scrap reduction.
The port of Åhus in Skåne has invested in a SENNEBOGEN 875 E material handler with a 391 kW electric motor and a total weight of 165 tonnes: In cooperation with sales and service partner OP System, they configured a special machine with rail gantry, which was adapted to the port’s existing track width of 10 m.
Sorting, layering, loading, loading trucks, fast journeys from A to B within confined spaces, while maintaining an overview: There are many different tasks to be completed at the composting plant in Wachtberg.
The 180 t 5500 E crawler crane provided by SENNEBOGEN Rental & Used, the company’s own rental company, makes an important contribution to the implementation of the construction project.
At this highly complex construction site, SENNEBOGEN’s 70 t telescopic crawler crane shines above all due to its versatility and precision.
