With the introduction of its own Cummins engine training courses, the SENNEBOGEN Academy is once again taking an important step towards expanding the training program. As part of this, the training facilities were also expanded to include an additional hall with a modern training room. Although the coronavirus restrictions made training operations more difficult, the event calendar was well-filled with web training and on-site appointments. The Academy team is now looking forward to a good second half of the year with many face-to-face training sessions.
Just in time for the start of our Cummins engine training courses, the SENNEBOGEN Academywas able to successfully put its new training room into operation in the third training hall in March.. The conversion of the existing hall has been underway since 2020. In addition to the hall area, a storage area was created on two levels, as well as a further training room for the academy in particular. With a generous area of around
80 m², classroom training sessions can now be held there safely with even more distance.
Recently, dealers and internal employees have been able to receive training on the various engine types through the academy as part of the Cummins OEM Affiliation. The newly designed training hall with storage options and state-of-the-art equipment also has ample space for engine exhibits and test benches. Since June, the scheduled training operation has been successfully resumed, after having been restricted to internal further training since December due to the coronavirus restrictions. The trainers continued to be on-site at customers and dealers as the "Academy on Tour".
