It’s time for a new machines generation. Our G-series not only sets new standards in material handling, but also offers a whole range of new features for drivers, fleet managers and service technicians. True to the motto: Let's MOVE BIG THINGS!

With the new 835 G, the new G series starts with a flagship material handler. With equipment lengths of up to 20 m and a wide range of configuration options, the 835 comfortably covers a wide range of applications from scrap to ports or timber. In addition to the numerous optimizations under the bonnet, one thing catches the eye right away. The SENNEBOGEN Green Hybrid energy recovery system is now being used for the first time in the smaller machine categories. The combination of a third lifting cylinder and gas accumulator in the rear of the machine not only functions extremely safely and reliably, but above all saves around 1/3 of operating costs.

The G-series also introduces a new cab design tailored to the operator. A completely redesigned control panel combines all important switch elements in the operator's field of vision. Air conditioning elements and air flow as well as shelves and storage compartments have also been optimized.

02 Green Hybrid energy recovery as standard

After the success in the large machines, our hybrid system is now also used in the 835 G. The combination of hydraulic cylinders on the boom and gas accumulators in the rear acts in a similar way to a spring and thus saves up to 30 percent energy.

The 835 G now also features the Green Hybrid energy recovery system. What’s special about it?

"With the Green Hybrid, we combine two components: the efficient diesel or electric engine and sophisticated storage technology. This stores the energy from the boom movement for the next working stroke."

How exactly does the system work?

"Hybrid technology works like a tensioned spring that supports the boom’s work movement so that I need much less energy to lift the equipment. This saves our customers lots of fuel. The system is also completely safe, reliable and virtually maintenance-free. This has been demonstrated by our experience in large machines for many years. So the benefits are extremely high, the effort is minimal."

What other technical improvements have been made?

"The topic of efficiency runs through all areas. With the G-series, we were able to increase the efficiency of the machine even further. The hydraulic system has been completely redesigned. Every hose guide, every diameter, every valve and all flow cross-sections have been examined and optimized– thus relieving the pressure on the pump system. We’ve given the hydraulics a huge tuning."

What has changed for the driver?

"Things will be even more comfortable for the driver in the future. The G-series includes a major update of our Maxcab. The continuous windows for the best overview, an even lower noise level in the interior and, above all, the rearrangement of the controls on a common control panel will impress the drivers. The cab elevation has also been newly developed - it now reaches even higher and impresses with its robust design and vibration damping."

"The new 835 G series will set new standards, whether at the scrap yard, at ports, or at the timber yard. The 835 covers a broad spectrum of our customer applications like no other model. The machine is guaranteed to impress thanks to its high reliability and optimized driver comfort.

And last but not least, the service-friendliness of our new generation of machines is another special feature.
