Fleet management in mySENNEBOGEN: digital service offering grows

Customer satisfaction depends to a large extent on a fast and smooth service process. The digital provision of information in real time is essential. SENNEBOGEN offers solutions that not only help when service is required, but also provide a proactive service. This ranges from optimally customised assistance to solutions for increasing efficiency or performance. At bauma 2025, the existing range will be expanded to include fleet management, license management and the remote diagnostics tool.

Efficient service is the key to smooth work processes

Not only reliable machines, but also efficient service is the key to smooth work processes. In a dynamic world where time is precious, it is important to find quick and effective solutions - before problems even arise. Direct access to all relevant information enables both the operator and the service personnel to act quickly and individually. This keeps the focus on the essentials: maximum machine availability and efficiency.

mySENNEBOGEN: Digital services for maximum availability

SENNEBOGEN's digital service offerings will be expanded at bauma 2025 to include fleet management, license management and the remote diagnostics tool.

The mySENNEBOGEN portal combines all digital services under one roof and provides access to all applications via a central log-in. These can not only be accessed there, but are also directly connected with each other at useful points, for example when it comes to machine diagnostics.

The SENtrack telematics system available in the portal is software that can be used to view the performance data of the machines, localise their positions and plan maintenance. If service is required, the SENNEBOGEN Troubleshooter can be called up, which enables the user to solve errors independently by means of a guided, self-learning search for causes. If this does not lead to the desired result, the technician can contact SENNEBOGEN service personnel directly via the associated support ticket system or remote support.

The mySENNEBOGEN portal can also be used to access up-to-date machine documentation and the online spare parts catalogue and to order spare parts quickly and intuitively in the Parts Shop. If driver training or technical training courses are booked via the SENNEBOGEN Academy, the theoretical learning content can be completed via the learning management system, which is also available in the portal, in addition to the face-to-face events.

New: Fleet management and license management

At bauma 2025, the range will be expanded to include SENNEBOGEN fleet management and SENNEBOGEN license management. The manufacturer-independent fleet management is a tool for digital machine management. It enables you to get an overview of the respective master data and service history of your own fleet. This not only creates transparency with regard to ownership (e.g. when renting) and the equipment of the respective machine, but also enables a complete maintenance overview through the connection to the SENtrack, Troubleshooter, Support and Parts Shop applications.

SENNEBOGEN license management offers numerous advantages for users who have to manage a large number of software licenses. The license management shows at a glance which licenses have already been booked for which applications (SENtrack, Troubleshooter, etc.) and when they may need to be renewed. The digitally supported purchase process also simplifies the purchase procedure.

New: Remote maintenance and machine monitoring in real time

With the new SENNEBOGEN remote diagnostics tool, machine monitoring is possible in real time. On the one hand, the machine gives the service technician real-time insight into the most important parameters and helps him to correctly assess the condition of the machine and check the machine in the respective situation. The service technician can thus make a diagnosis efficiently and quickly on the basis of real data.

In addition to the on-board diagnostics, even deeper insights into the machine control system can be gained. The ability to connect to the machine via radio allows the service technician to make diagnoses and settings in this way. This avoids on-site service calls, reduces the associated costs and increases machine availability.
