The Corona crisis has thrown our lives into confusion with enormous force. No market, no company, no region is without change. And also personally we had to get used to a new cooperation with distance and mask.
Looking at the positive effects, digitalization and the arrival of new technologies have benefited the most. Digital working, communication at a distance and fast, flexible action were and are currently in demand as never before. This is one of the reasons why our customer magazine BOOM is not appearing in the print version this time, as usual, but as a digital version. In it, we again give you interesting insights into our company, let customers have their say and report on innovations and more - just not on printed glossy paper. You will quickly see for yourself that this is not a limitation, but rather an interesting added value. This time we have put together even more pictures, video material and background information for you. Take advantage of the great opportunities and share our reports with your colleagues, friends and customers.
We hope you enjoy reading and discovering them.
If Jurassic Park was not just a movie and we were able to walk among peaceful brontosaurs in real life, it would probably feel something like being close to the 895 Hybrid E-Series. Since October 2019, a gentle giant from SENNEBOGEN has been moving masses of old scrap every day and in the shadow of the enormous port machine, one simply remains a small, impressed observer of what is happening. The largest material handler in the world, launched at bauma 2019, is now an integral part of port operator Tosyali’s green fleet.
A mobile demolition machine from SENNEBOGEN with quick-change system installed on the grab stick combines the best of both worlds: It impresses with the qualities of a material handler designed and thoroughly proven to withstand continuous use in scrap yards, namely efficiency, endurance and reach.
Remondis is one of the biggest players in the German and international recycling market with around 36,000 employees, 1,400 of which are employed at the Lippe plant alone. This small and very compact solution from SENNEBOGEN is part of a system at the Lippe plant that sorts, dismantles and recovers recyclable material from old electrical appliances.
To handle the wide variety of materials on site and to invest in the future – it is for these two reasons that specialist recycling company A. Menshen GmbH & Co. KG in Werdohl, North Rhein-Westphalia, Germany decided to add two additional material handlers from SENNEBOGEN to their fleet. The recycler has a holistic approach to handling all types of waste material including non-ferrous metals, scrap steel, construction waste, bulky waste and waste paper. Seven green material handlers work side by side there.
With the 355 E telehandler, SENNEBOGEN offers an interesting alternative to the classic wheel loader. The machine is also an interesting addition for timber and forestry operations thanks to its high load capacities and robust telescopic arm, especially in tight spaces for logistics and for loading sawmill by-products onto trucks.
According to the Wood Recyclers Association, 4.5 million tons of waste wood are generated in Great Britain every year. One customer of the SENNEBOGEN dealer Molson Group in England has taken on this problem and recycles waste wood with the help of two SENNEBOGEN machines: the 818 E and the 355 E. The mobile material handler and the telehandler work seamlessly hand in hand.
The "FOUR" project in the city centre of Frankfurt am Main poses great challenges for all companies involved. It comprises four futuristic high-rise buildings and is intended to reconnect an area that has been separated from urban life for decades with the city centre. At your side as a partner: numerous large machines, including five SENNEBOGEN duty cycle cranes and crawler cranes.
He didn't have much time to settle in: Delivered in November 2019 by SENNEBOGEN sales and service partner SYGMAT, the 55t duty cycle crane is already proving itself in its first job: For LEPINE TP, it lifts heavy loads to help build the new motorway bridge to the "Gate of Brittany".
OCHS Bohr GmbH uses the latest technology and new equipment for well projects. This is also the case at the current well construction site in the district of Roth, where a flexibly deployable 16-tonne telecrane is used primarily for regenerating deep wells and supplying drinking water.
