New SENNEBOGEN dealer in France – Groupe Vincent

The company SYGMAT was founded in 2001 as sales partner for SENNEBOGEN equipment in France and DOM-TOM. The aim of SENNEBOGEN and SYGMAT was an improvement of the position of SENNEBOGEN equipment in the French market as one of the most important key markets in Europe. This mission was accomplished during the last years shown by a tenfold increase in the total volume of sales.

This tremendous increase requires a future-oriented strategy concerning the organization of sales and service activities. Most important issue for both partners is the customer´s satisfaction. To achieve the common tasks, the managers of SYGMAT looked for a competent partner with technical knowledge as well as a healthy financial background to establish further the brand name of SENNEBOGEN. After an intense research this partner has been found in the successful and well-established family owned company GROUPE VINCENT. Synergies of both partners became obvious very soon and a strategic partnership was sped up by Erich Sennebogen as well.

The acquisition of SYGMAT by GROUPE VINCENT is sealed. As a family owned enterprise in fifth generation, Groupe Vincent is successful since many years as a manufacturer and sales partner for hydraulic lifting and loading equipment as well as cranes in the French market. Customers of the scrap- and recycling industry, the crane and lifting technology as well as the ports and timber industry appreciate GROUPE VINCENT as a reliable and service oriented partner.

Main focus after the take-over of SYGMAT will be the improvement of the service access with well-trained SENNEBOGEN specialists. Also additional recruitments in the sales team around Gérard Canal are already fixed in the planning.
Organisation and contact details of SYGMAT remain unchanged with exceptions of the new CEO Mr Marco Mazzanti and the new COO Mr Jean-Marc Moal.
