SENNEBOGEN Academy - the way to Blended Learning
Just as machines and digital services relating to machines continue to develop, so do the Academy’s associated training opportunities and concepts. Not only are the subject areas themselves becoming much more versatile and now also include software or high-voltage topics, but digital media are also increasingly being used in order to supplement or expand the training courses where it makes sense. Our chart shows an example of the continuous development of our training offering.
Blended learning is a form of learning that combines the respective benefits of face-to-face and e-learning.
Nothing can replace face-to-face training with the trainer on the machine, but the e-learning still offers some advantages in terms of customization, time independence and language translation. To take advantage of the new opportunities, SENNEBOGEN Academy is successively expanding the digital training product line. The aim is to create an optimal blended learning environment that offers learners relevant content regardless of the medium and thus enables completely individual learning paths with increased effectiveness. The introduction of the new learning management system in the mySENNEBOGEN portal in 2023 is now a decisive step for the future of professional blended learning for all SENNEBOGEN Academy target groups.
