Apprentices 2024: 40 junior employees start at SENNEBOGEN

The induction day in Straubing was all about getting to know each other - both the company and the new colleagues. After a joint welcome event, the new trainees were given an insight into the history and various business areas of SENNEBOGEN. During a subsequent tour of the plant with Managing Director Thorsten Resch, the young professionals were able to explore the production halls and take a close look at the material handlers and cranes manufactured at the site. The highlight of the day was the opportunity to test various machines themselves in order to develop a direct connection to the company and its products. The day was rounded off with a barbecue and a table football tournament to celebrate the start of their careers.

From production mechanic to warehouse logistics specialist - 13 junior employees started their training in five different professions in Wackersdorf. Immediately after the welcome, the new colleagues were able to take a closer look at the production processes at the plant during the factory tour. The first safety instructions and product training sessions were then on the agenda. And for those of them with an interest in technology, a look under the engine flap of the handling machines was certainly the highlight of the induction day.

In recent weeks, SENNEBOGEN not only welcomed new trainees, but also honoured twelve trainees in Straubing and ten trainees in Wackersdorf for successfully completing their training. As part of a festive graduation ceremony, the career starters received congratulations and certificates from the management. It is particularly pleasing that the majority of the trainees will remain with the company in various roles.
