The Control Technology team designs and develops wiring diagrams in hydraulics in electricals, creates and integrates new functions into the machines and, together with the Testing Department, conducts various tests and evaluations in order to achieve the best parameters for an optimized machine operation and serial production.
The Technical Documentation is responsible for order-related, specification-conform and on-time provision of technical documents in the respective national language for our customers in Germany and abroad.
Our employees in Production manufacture our high-performance machines out of high-grade components, set them up, and see to their acceptance.
The Technical Quality Department ensures our high delivery quality through its work in development, supplier management, production support and final acceptance.
Strategic Purchasing is responsible for supplier price and performance optimization. Our Production Control accompanies the production processes in order to ensure on-time, cost-effective and technically optimal manufacturing of the products.
Technical Material Planning tends to the optimal availability of the necessary materials.
After production, our Shipping Department takes care of machine transport in regional and long-distance transport.
Our IT Department ensures the security and reliable functioning of our IT infrastructure, prepares concepts and develops its own software solutions for diverse fields of applications. It is made up of the subdivisions System Administration, Application Development and ERP.
Our Customer Service Team ensures the first-class service of our machines in use throughout the world in order to maximize the availability of our machines with the customers. When needed, our service personnel can be on-site anywhere in the world in a short space of time.
The employees of the Service Center ensure the quick delivery of our spare parts in cooperation with the regional spare parts warehouses overseas, thus forming the basis for the maintenance and repair of our machines.
Our External Sales Force guides and supports dealers in their sales regions and maintains close contact with direct customers and key accounts. The Internal Sales Force is in charge of preparing offers and processing orders.
The International Marketing Department manages product marketing in many different channels worldwide from the central location in Straubing.
From bookkeeping, property or financial management, the Business Administration ensures that operating processes run smoothly.
The Human Resources Department handles recruiting, staff administration and is the contact point for any employee matters.
In the Training Department of the SENNEBOGEN Academy, product trainers instruct our sales and service partners and/or end-customers in technical training courses and in driver training. Furthermore, internal personnel development seminars for advanced training of our own employees as well as various internal and external events are held there.
