The new SENNEBOGEN 7700 Crawler Crane will celebrate its world premiere at bauma 2010. With a 280/300 t load and impressive boom length, the 7700 is the new top model of the SENNEBOGEN Star Lifter range. The compact and robust design combined with high loads makes the SENNEBOGEN 7700 a reliable and extremely economical partner for the construction of heavy pre-cast concrete sections, for example, as well as roofed structures, preliminary assembly in the offshore field, power plant construction, as an assembling crane for wind power plants up to 1 MW, or as a service crane for larger wind power plants.

Impressive loads up to 280/300 t
In a wide variety of possible main and fly boom configurations, the SENNEBOGEN 7700 offers impressive loads of up to 280 t, which can be easily increased to 300 t with additional equipment - for even more performance as and when required!

Maximum flexibility in operation
Thanks to the wide variety of boom configurations with main boom and luffing jib, the model can achieve extreme ranges and grab heights. Working radii of almost 100 m or lifting heights of over 140 m offer a quick and ideal solution for lifting tasks on practically any construction site.

Safe moving under load
Transporting and manoeuvring heavy loads on construction sites is a major advantage of crawler cranes. With the newly developed running gear concept with robust flat shoes (width of max. 1.500 mm) and the outstanding driving force of up to 200 t, the SENNE BOGEN 7700 offers optimal characteristics to meet any demands. With the maximum contact area width of 8,300 mm and contact area length of 8,350 mm, the model offers excellent 360° stability.

Quick and easy transportation
A further benefit of the SENNEBOGEN 7700 is the ease of transportation. Alongside the comfortable hydraulic folding of the cab into transport position, the upper carriage offers a compact transport width of 3 m - and is also the only component with a transport width of 3 m. Complete with hoisting gear with 630 m hoisting line, assembly cylinder and ballast depositing equipment, the base machine achieves a transport weight of under 48 t. All other components of the machine can be transported with a transport width of max. 2.41 m - cost-efficiently on a HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) or overseas with flatrack containers.
