When the SENNEBOGEN 305 telescopic handler was launched on the market in 2004, the family business in Straubing, Germany impressed once again, displaying "Vorsprung durch Innovation" (progress through innovation). Dealers and customers alike were blown away by this world first: a telescopic loader with height-adjustable cab. The unique design of this compact and maneuverable machine won over all those who tried it in the field without exception.

The new 305 C+ is the follow-up to the 305 C. As with all models, Sennebogen worked in close cooperation with both dealers and customers during development. The result is a modern and powerful all-round machine with excellent operational and safety specifications.

The main plus points

The SENNEBOGEN 305 C+ draws its power from a 91 kW TIER III engine. This means that the driver has sufficient power and excellent fuel reserves in any situation. An additional exhaust insulating mat in the engine compartment muffles engine and cooler noise effectively for a more relaxed working environment. Its extremely compact dimensions (4.84 m long, 2.5 m tall and 2.48 m wide) ensure outstanding maneuverability and flexibility. The turning radius is just 3650 mm at the outer tires and a tiny 900 mm at the inner tires, thanks to hydrostatic all-wheel drive with three different steering systems - crab steering, all-wheel steering and forward-wheel steering. This is a great advantage when shunting in narrow halls or small storage boxes. With a 7.30 m lift height and max. 5-metric-ton lifting capacity, the 305 C+ is the perfect all-round machine.

Effectiveness and comfort

One major highlight is the new continuously variable Variospeed hydrostatic drive unit. This always provides the driver with the optimum combination of power and speed, and enables automotive and sensitive travel of the highest caliber. The entire speed range from 0 to 25 kph can be used to the full without stopping. The weight distribution is optimized due to the gearbox being located in the center of the machine's frame and stability has once again been increased.

The load-sensing hydraulic pump for operating functions is much bigger. Now with a maximum of 200 l/min and independent, proportional distribution of pump volume, work can be carried out smoothly and with precision - even when operating all functions. A combined brake/inching pedal, the infinitely adjustable creeper speed (for sweeping brushes/vibrating plates) and the on-off 100% differential lock all support the driver in his day-to-day work. The modern, spacious comfort cab offers an excellent all-round view. The cab up/down foot switch takes the cab up to a height of 4 meters via hydraulic control, thus providing an excellent view of the work area - a big plus in terms of safety. The functions and operating instruments have an ergonomic layout and the comfortable seat has elastic support, both enabling you to relax and concentrate on your work.

Design and functionality

The new 305 C+ is a winner when it comes to its base pan and hood thanks to their subtle, optimized design. The fully tried-and-tested, extremely robust and warp-resistant construction meets the highest of quality requirements. With its superior design using groundbreaking technology and its compact shape, the 305 C+ is the first choice for all traditional and new work areas, its height, flexibility and performance all being decisive factors. SENNEBOGEN is offering a two-piece telescopic boom with the 305 C+ Multihandler. This handler has a lift height of 7.3 m and a maximum lifting capacity of 5 metric tons. A two-piece XL telescopic boom with extended reach and a lift height of up to 9 m is available as an option. The XL version is perfectly suited for optimum container loading (20 ft), as well as for heavy-duty bucket work or working with a lifting working platform, with a working height of up to 11 m.

Tool changes in record time

The hydraulic quick change function (standard equipment) on the 305 C+ undoubtedly proves its flexibility. The extra-wide, fitted quick change plate has an increased tip back angle of 45° for optimum bucket access, and a tip forwards angle of 34°/142°. This ensures clean, quick and effective emptying, with no bulky material left behind. The 100% parallel guide mechanism ensures the utmost safety in the entire lifting area, even when working with loads.

Price aware

The easy-to-maintain Multihandler 305 C with its low operating costs and extended service intervals ensures the highest level of cost-effectiveness and maximum versatility. The larger air filter's new position means that combustion air intake takes place at the protected rear end of the machine. The air passage is approx. 40% larger, leading to a significant increase in downtime.
